This dynamic and practical hands-on workshop will take place over 2 days. Eleanor will demonstrate and talk about her sculptural work. Utilising a variety of hand building techniques in creating form, Eleanor will explore the additions of extruded and press moulded elements, alongside the use of texture.

The first day will begin with a demonstration from Eleanor, where she will discuss her ways of making and constructing form and she will give a visual presentation. Eleanor has an anything goes attitude to working with clay and she will share her methods and approach to clay. Participants will then begin working on their own pieces, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in building form, incorporating additions and textural surfaces.

• Knife, cutting wire and a variety of your favourite tools and materials for carving / mark making
• Box / packing materials to take your work away
